What is Kenseido
Kenseido is a Modern Japanese Martial Arts that combines the external elements of Karate and Kung Fu with internal qualities of Japanese Jujitsu. The Karate aspects derive from Shorinji Kempo (Shaolin Fist Method), and the Jujitsu aspects derive from Daito-Ryu Aiki-Jujitsu.
